Diesel tankers for rent in the UAE

Renting diesel tankers in the UAE

A diesel tanker delivers fuel to the site for generators, excavators, loaders, cranes and compressors, so machines are not driven to a station and the site does not stop when a tank runs dry. Suppliers deliver by the litre, with a minimum quantity per delivery, and pump straight into machine tanks or a site storage tank.

In the UAE the fuel comes from the licensed distributors, and a serious supplier meters what is pumped. The price per litre follows the monthly UAE fuel price plus a delivery margin, so it changes every month; the listing shows what the supplier charges today.

What to ask the owner

• What is the minimum quantity per delivery and the price per litre this month?
• Is the pump metered, and do you get a printed delivery note?
• How often can they come, and can they fill several machines on one visit?
• Do they deliver to remote sites and desert plots, and at what extra cost?

Common questions

What is the minimum diesel delivery?

It varies by supplier, commonly a few hundred litres. Small sites often share a delivery between machines; ask what the minimum is when you call.

Why does the diesel price change every month?

UAE fuel prices are set monthly. Suppliers price per litre on that basis plus delivery, so a quote is valid for the month it is given.

Can a diesel tanker fill a generator directly?

Yes. The tanker pumps into the generator's tank or into a site day tank. Tell the supplier how many machines and roughly how much each takes.
