These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ujrah mobile application ("the app"), operated by Scaffworks Scaffolding Industry LLC ("we", "us"), United Arab Emirates. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ujrah is a free listing and contact board for construction equipment and transport rental in the UAE. Equipment owners publish listings; renters browse them and may post requests for quotes. The app connects the two sides — nothing is bought, sold, or paid for inside the app.
Every rental, price, payment, delivery, and return is agreed directly between the renter and the owner. We are not a party to any deal, take no commission, and give no guarantee, warranty, or insurance for any equipment, service, price, or person on the app. Inspect equipment, check documents, and agree terms yourself before paying anyone.
A "Verified" badge means only that the listing's contact phone number was confirmed by SMS code (or checked by us). It is not an endorsement, licence check, or quality guarantee of the business or its equipment.
Requests for quotes expire at the end of their requested date. Offers made by owners are shown to the requester, who is free to contact any bidder or none. Submitting fake requests or fake offers is prohibited.
Do not use the app to spam, harass, defraud, scrape data, post prohibited goods, or break UAE law. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's operation or other users' accounts.
The app is provided "as is" and free of charge. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from deals between users, from the condition or performance of listed equipment, from content posted by users, or from interruption or loss of the app or its data.
How we handle personal data is described in the Ujrah Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
