Ujrah — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Ujrah account and the data associated with it. Ujrah is operated by Scaffworks Scaffolding Industry LLC, United Arab Emirates.

Delete directly in the app (immediate)

Open Ujrah → tap the ⚙ Settings icon → Delete my account → confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your listings and their photos, your requests (including voice notes and photos), and your offers.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email info@scaffworks.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can also remove individual content at any time: open the app, go to your listings, and delete any listing you no longer want published.

What gets deleted

Your account details (name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google Sign-In).
All equipment listings you created — including photos, company name, contact number, rates, working hours, and listing location.
Your per-device record used for usage counting.

What may be kept

We may retain anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that are not linked to you, and any records we are required to keep by law, for a limited period. These cannot be used to identify you.

Just browsing? No account is created

If you only browse equipment (without signing in), Ujrah does not create an account for you. The app uses an anonymous identifier for usage counting that is not linked to your name; uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it from your device.
